A Brother's Love

This evening, YS is jealous of JH because I am carrying him for a longer time than her... Just for this reason she tried to walk away from us twice... During the 2nd time that YS is running away, JH went after her and wrapped her from her back. While half carrying and dragging YS to us, 弟弟 has 2 hard bites from her! JH did not let go until they reached us. Then he came to me and wept softly... JH will only give this sort of cry when he feels 委屈. Both hc and I can see how much 弟弟loves 姐姐from this incident. We are both very touch by this little boy...

While walking back home, I ignored YS' tantrums and carried JH home as he is already very tired. Below is our conversation:

ME: Why did you run after 姐姐?
JH: Because 姐姐 is running away, later bad guy catch.
ME: Why don't want bad guy catch 姐姐?
JH: I love 姐姐.
ME: Can I tell 姐姐 what you just told me?
JH: No, later 姐姐 scolds me.

From this I realise how sensible JH is, how much he loves YS but also afraid of her. I am aware that many times YS is bossing him around and also many a times JH gives in to her. This incident has really let me see the other side of my boy.

Daddy...

Within 3 days I dreamt of daddy twice. First dream was messy but the best part was I managed to remember that I asked him if he is happy now... His answer is 'Yes'... I am so happy and relieved... It is ok not to know the content of the dream at all... So long he is happy now.

Last night he came into my dream again... this time I couldn't remember a single bit of the dream, just knew that he was there. In the morning there was this fat bird (hokkein the breed is called 'ka leng') stood right on my kitchen's window. It was calling loudly... I was bz cleaning up the house but as I went near to the window it flew away. I continued with my work and I was in my room that I heard the loud calling from a bird like the previous one at the kitchen again... I just wonder... Daddy, is that you?

Water Play @ Bugis

The kids really enjoyed themselves... We went unprepared, in the end I need to go get a pair of change for each kids... Oh dear... but it is fun watching them.
